RISA Guest House

Located in a beautiful North East Napa County area, this property is a large rural family estate. CAHA has worked with the homeowners to bring to fruition their vision of a multigenerational retreat, a place to recharge from a fast-paced urban life, and for family and friends to gather and spend time together. The project includes a new guest house built from a converted barn, main house renovations, extensive landscape design, and new gardens, tennis court, and long-term site infrastructure planning.
